After your patient confirms an appointment, they get an automated Online Check-in link. If it is a new patient, they will be offered to fill in an Intake Form. You can either use our ready forms or customize your own. If a return patient makes check-in they will not have to fill in the form as it will be already saved in the system. This patient will only get an automated appointment reminder.
